The most valuable thing we have is health. We now have very good medical knowledge and an effective health care system, at least in developed countries. Infrastructures for basic health care and medical practice are often deficient in developing countries. This situation significantly weakens the possibility of economic development and causes unnecessary and intolerable suffering to human beings.

Our projects aim to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged populations around the world. In order to do that, we need to have self-sustaining, sustainable systems in place that will preserve the health of these people. This is the mission we set for ourselves. FOH actions related to health can take several forms, but what we mainly do is send funds to partners (such as foundations) on site so that they can buy equipment or pay staff to help the local populations.
